40 Days to Save America – Day 16

 

For 40 Days (September 28 - November 6), I will be posting prayers for our country.  These prayers are from the prayer initiative 40 Days to Save America.

Day 16

Father, we ask You for law enforcers, first responders and lawmakers of integrity, and for Your direction, correction and protection for them and their families. Bless those who are our first responders and those who necessarily work in the shadows for our protection, and their families.

We pray for our leaders to maintain a national security policy that secures our national sovereignty and domestic tranquility. We pray for Your protection against external and internal efforts to divide, deceive, discourage and destroy America. Give us the wisdom to discern, and the will to stand for our country.

We pray for Your protection from terrorist activities. We pray for Your protection from disease and disaster. In Yeshua' name, Amen.

We ask that You grant them wisdom and discernment, L-rd, and that You make them bold to do what is right in Your sight. L-rd, we ask that You direct their hearts to do Your will.
