The next stop on the tour was at the Bencivenga home in Satellite Beach, Florida. Several different colors of plumeria fill the shady back yard, along with many different kinds of palm trees. .
There are two ponds, totaling 7000 gallons, which are filled with koi, tilapia, goldfish, and turtles.
The koi are about two feet long. HUGE!
The photos above are of the main pond that has the waterfall. Below is the smaller pond.
The yard is a tropical paradise, and the perfume from the plumeria was so sweet.
I'd never seen so many different colors in one place.
The one small corner of the backyard that has sun was turned into a vegetable garden. And they even have a shaded coup for a few chickens and rabbits.
They had some pretty unique and interesting decorations in the deck area adjoining the ponds.
The homeowner used to work at the space center.
Tomorrow, we'll visit a home in Merritt Island, Florida. Be sure to stop by to see another tropical paradise.
Blessings, Gail-Friends.
